This is an opportunity to sit at the leading edge of dataâcentre cooling and power technology, helping to scale a European business that is firmly in growth mode. You will be trusted to open markets, shape demand early, and build longâterm commercial momentum â with clear runway into more senior roles from 2027 onwards. The role is UK based, remote working with Euro travel.
We are recruiting on behalf of a global dataâcentre infrastructure specialist, known for marketâleading cooling and power technologies, that is making a significant, longâterm investment in the expansion of its European business. As AI workloads, cloud adoption, and power density accelerate, the European dataâcentre market is entering a sustained expansion phase. This role sits right at the front of that curve.
This is not an account management role. It is a hunterâled, marketâopening position.

- Build seniorâlevel relationships at group and regional level
- Engage customers early to influence architecture and specification
- Create and manage a multiâyear strategic pipeline across Europe
- Work closely with engineering and applications teams on complex pursuits
- Use partners tactically while owning the endâcustomer relationship
- Degreeâqualified in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (MBA advantageous but not essential) or QBE
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of newâbusiness creation
- Direct sales experience ideally with colocation operators or cloud hyperscalers and/or enterprise clients
- Background selling cooling, thermal, HVAC, or power infrastructure
- Comfortable operating in longâcycle, specificationâled sales environments
- Ambitious, commercially driven, and motivated by growth and progression
This role sits early in a wellâfunded European expansion. As the business scales through 2026 and into 2027 and beyond, high performers will have the opportunity to step into broader commercial or leadership roles, helping shape the next phase of growth.
