Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Llandudno for a Site Manager focusing on Mechanical and Electrical applications. The Site Manager will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of projects, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines and compliance standards. Responsibilities include managing a team, implementing project plans, supervising contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project success. The role requires hands-on involvement on site and close collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Plumbing.
- Proven experience in Team Management and supervising contractors.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning and execution.
- Understanding and experience with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
