We’re currently hiring for a key site supervisor position on a major 400kV AIS substation extension project. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SR163 Site Supervisor to join a dynamic delivery team on-site. Initially, you’ll work alongside a civils-biased PC Site Manager, then step into the Principal Contractor (PC) Site Manager role as the project transitions into the M&E phase.

  • Manage and oversee all site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery
  • Lead site teams and support implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Drive performance, monitor compliance, and champion HSE best practices
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Produce accurate reports and maintain strong internal coordination and communication
  • Strong background in electrical infrastructure or substation projects
  • Experience in M&E management, with the ability to step into a PC Site Manager role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Deep understanding of HSE requirements, temporary works, and site coordination
