We’re working with a leading renewables company that’s investing heavily in early-career talent and skills development. They’re looking for a Skills & Education Co-ordinator to build strong links with schools, colleges, and universities, while supporting the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship and early-career programmes. This role acts as a key point of contact between the business, education providers, and learners - ensuring apprenticeships are delivered to a high standard and future talent pipelines are strengthened across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for internal business areas supporting apprenticeship and early-career programmes
- Provide advice and guidance on apprenticeship delivery to ensure high-quality learning outcomes
- Support the identification, onboarding, and monitoring of training providers
- Manage awarding body registrations and learner certifications
- Build and coordinate relationships with local schools, colleges, and universities to promote early-career opportunities
- Support outreach initiatives to attract entry-level talent into the business
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and best-practice policies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering or supporting graduate programmes
- Knowledge of government-funded training
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident using IT systems, including e-portfolio platforms
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Desirable
- Experience working with schools, colleges, or universities on early-career initiatives
