Base pay range: £230,000.00/yr - £280,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus
Base Salary of £230,000 - £280,000 + 75%-150% Bonus + Carry Participation
New Headcount that will join the Global Capital Development Team. Focus will be on expanding the European Investor base.
Established teams in APAC and North America – this role will be one of the first to focus on EMEA.
Experience in Energy Transition Funds (LNG, P&U, is a +). Firm is actively fundraising across 3 funds, anticipating another 2+ fundraises in 2026 – Proven track record of fundraising is key.
