As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients' equipment. You will work closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring that their equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Train customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
