Senior BIM Manager / BIM Lead – MEP Building Services
The Opportunity
A leading global engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced
Senior BIM Manager / BIM Lead specialising in MEP Building Services to join their collaborative digital engineering team.
This is an opportunity to work on technically complex, high-profile projects across a range of sectors, contributing to the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions on an international scale.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving BIM delivery across projects, supporting multidisciplinary teams, improving digital workflows and ensuring best practice across BIM processes.
You will be responsible for supporting project delivery through the planning and production of models, drawings and structured data, while acting as a key point of contact for BIM coordination across disciplines and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support BIM delivery across complex MEP Building Services projects.
- Develop and implement BIM coordination strategies.
- Manage multidisciplinary model coordination and collaboration.
- Support the creation and delivery of BIM Execution Plans.
- Provide guidance, mentoring and technical support to BIM teams.
- Help drive improvements in BIM workflows, standards and digital processes.
- Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, designers and clients.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement within digital delivery.
About You
You will ideally have
- Strong experience within
MEP Building Services BIM delivery .
- Extensive knowledge of
Autodesk Revit , including model setup, coordination and drawing production.
- Experience managing BIM processes on multidisciplinary projects.
- A strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows and information management.
- Experience supporting and developing other team members.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with technical teams, project managers and clients.
Desirable Experience
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
- BIM Execution Plans.
- ISO 19650 standards.
- Navisworks coordination.
- Digital engineering improvements and automation workflows.
- Experience across complex sectors such as data centres, healthcare, science, industrial, infrastructure or commercial projects.
