We are currently seeking an Assembler to join a production team on a 5-month contract based in Stafford. This role involves assembling components and products in line with technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and finished products using appropriate tools and machinery.
  • Read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and report defects, faults, or quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or manuals.
  • Strong attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination.
  • Previous experience in assembly or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
