Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager (EGL-1 level) to support a major energy infrastructure programme on a 12-month contract basis. This role is heavily focused on quality management leadership, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the project Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal frameworks
  • Manage audits, inspections, NCRs, and CAPA processes
  • Monitor supplier and subcontractor quality performance
  • Interface with project and completion teams
  • Support handover and documentation processes

Required Experience

  • Senior Quality Management experience (EGL-1 level)
  • Strong QMS and compliance background
  • Experience on substation and/or HVDC projects (essential)
  • Knowledge of EPC project lifecycle

Desirable Skills

  • Project/completion interface experience
  • Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001)
  • Strong stakeholder management
