An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Associate Cost Manager to join a growing team delivering large-scale Data Centre and Mission Critical projects across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex and fast-paced developments within one of the world's fastest-growing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre and post-contract cost management services
- Prepare cost plans, tender documentation and procurement reports
- Produce monthly commercial and cost reporting
- Manage change control and cost risk processes
- Negotiate and agree final accounts
- Interface with clients, contractors and consultants throughout all project stages
- Support and mentor junior team members
What We're Looking For
- MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager
- Experience within Data Centres, Mission Critical, MEP or Infrastructure projects (not required)
- Strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts
- Consultancy experience managing complex, high-value projects
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially driven with strong organisational skills
