Our client supports organisations around the world to develop, implement and manage their Integrated Facilities and Workplace Management strategies.

Responsibilities:- Support the Management of all hard and soft services
- Be part of the Facilities / Workplace team ensuring the delivery of a 5-star FM service
- Daily checking off all areas of the office and meeting rooms including office temperatures, maintenance issues and cleaning standards, resolving any areas of concern
- Meeting room set up, including room changes during the day, to ensure rooms are set ready for use for each meeting as required. Liaising with the Housekeeping team for any set-ups
- Provide general pro-active support to the office and additional cover for colleagues during holidays and periods of absence
- Assist with management of new starters and visitor access
- Raising purchase requisitions and invoice verification as role requires
- Assist with other general duties including postal services/stationery supplies and ad-hoc tasks as required by operations management team
- Respond to staff requests and queries, logging tasks on ServiceNow
- Use of in-house systems such as ServiceNow (Helpdesk), V-Learn (Training), vShipping (Courier), Concur (Expenses), Coupa (Requisitions & Invoicing) and Travel
- Participate as part of the team with weekly fire alarm testing and associated safety checks
- H&S compliance for areas of responsibility ensuring all documentation electronically and/or written is up to date and correctly filed
- Contribute to the Environmental Management Program and/or additional site initiatives
- Participate as part of the operations emergency team, including assisting the evacuation process
- Experience in Facilities Management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
