We are working alongside a Global Integrated Facilities Management services firm. Our client delivers best in class Facilities Management services to a Global technology firm who occupy a modern workplace. We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator, who is client focused and dedicated to providing their clients with the best possible workplace experience.
The key responsibilities of the role will be:
- Oversee Front of House / Workplace Experience β ensuring the highest standard of customer service.
- Primary contact for FM and workplace related enquiries.
- Responsible for the day to day delivery of FM activities and management of FM delivery partners.
- Drive FM delivery partners ensuring the timely execution of planned and reactive work orders in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Support Regional FM in progression on projects additional to scope of contract.
- Conduct site audits, inspections and daily floor walks as agreed.
- Be visible to all users and develop client relationships to drive customer and workplace excellence.
- Liaise with FM delivery teams and site Landlord to schedule repairs and investigate faults.
- Collaborate with peers across your peer group to share best practice.
- Assist with reconfiguration of meeting rooms when required.
- Assistance with small office moves.
Skills and Experience:
- Facilities Management or Workplace Services experience.
- Proactive, innovative and responsive.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Problem solver and solutions orientated.
- An IOSH or Nebosh qualification would be a benefit but not essential.
- IT Skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
