Social Housing | North West London | Resident Liaison Officer/Tenant Liaison Officer (RLO/TLO) | £19 – £22 per hour Do you enjoy building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service? Our client, a leading social housing provider, is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Resident Liaison Officers/Tenant Liaison Officers (RLO/TLOs) to join their team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring a positive resident experience during major refurbishment and improvement works. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for residents throughout the duration of construction projects. Provide clear and concise information about upcoming works, including timelines, potential disruptions, and mitigation measures. Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Conduct regular resident meetings to provide updates, answer questions, and gather feedback. Liaise with contractors, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Assist vulnerable residents with any specific needs or concerns. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on resident engagement. Promote good neighbourliness and community cohesion. Essential Criteria: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build rapport and trust with residents.
