Spencer & James are recruiting a skilled Electrician to join a leading Principal Contractor to carry out electrical maintenance to social housing stock in South London. Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical repairs, renewals, and installations in both occupied and void properties.
- Manage and track work assignments via a PDA device.
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism when interacting with residents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
What You’ll Need
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition certification
- Full UK Driver’s License (essential for this mobile role)
- 2391 Testing & Inspection (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience in social housing maintenance
