Salary: Up to £68,000 (Basic Salary) & Company Car or Allowance – DOE

Spencer & James are working with a leading national contractor who are offering an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to lead on a new high-rise social housing residential refurbishment project in Warwickshire.

This is your chance to take full ownership of a complex, high-impact scheme and deliver it with purpose, precision, and leadership.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead the project from PCSA through to construction and handover, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Create and manage detailed project programmes using Powerproject.
• Drive safety and quality, including construction phase safety plans and upholding the Golden Thread.
• Oversee delivery under JCT D&B contracts and support successful project handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are met.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience managing high-rise, complex projects, ideally in social housing.
• Experience delivering schemes underJCT D&B contracts
• Knowledge of the Building Safety Act is essential.
• Confident leader and communicator with a sharp focus on safety, quality, and timelines.
