Job Overview: This exciting position will work across both our PharmaTech/eClinical and Commercial Education Practices, closely supporting Partners, Heads of Practice and/or Senior Delivery Consultants, as well as the wider organisation to support practice growth the end-to-end executive search process. This role involves conducting research to develop target lists, source candidates and manage candidate pipelines/our internal CRM system, and will assist with recruitment delivery (including screening and interviewing candidates and preparing candidate profiles), enabling us to provide exceptional service to our clients. This role will also be involved in Business Development activities, supporting the relevant practice with specialist sales research and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Assist in full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing, client meetings through to candidate onboarding Maximise passive candidate engagement through “outstanding” proactive professional outreach supported by various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract and engage qualified candidates Conduct thorough research and candidate assessments to develop target lists and source high-quality candidates Participate in end-end recruitment process including identifying, attracting, screening and shortlisting candidates to fulfil the client brief Evaluating those going into second interview against the client profile to ensure the timely provision of a shortlist with the right calibre and diversity of candidates, ensuring the time of the Lead Consultant is maximised Manage candidate pipelines and maintain our internal CRM system Support business development activities, including pitch preparation and client engagement Lead the interview process, ensuring effective preparation and feedback for candidates Managing the overall project to ensure timelines are met this includes weekly client update reports, target list, candidate profiles for short-listing, shortlist, and placements Becoming an expert and well-networked individual within the spaces you operate in Qualifications & Experience 2+ years in an Executive Search environment is essential Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, headhunting and engagement methodologies Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting sales targets Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills Passionate about delivering quality service to all stakeholders, clients and candidates Creative mindset with the ability to write and produce high-quality engaging documents for reports and communication Demonstrate proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tool The Opportunity A clear career path structure with opportunities for professional growth and to become an industry expert A collaborative work environment with support from experienced consultants Involvement in impactful projects that shape industries for the better Competitive package aligned with experience, plus performance-based inventives Who are Spencer Group?
