We are representing a niche market leader, generating around £20m in turnover, that has recently secured private equity investment to support global expansion and scale to £100m with a Marketing Leadership opportunity.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead an established team, uniting strategic marketing efforts and driving an integrated global strategy. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will oversee global marketing and brand strategy, with significant wealth generation potential through an equity stake.
The organisation has built a strong market position based on quality, enabling it to nearly triple revenues over the last five years and capture 30% domestic market share. However, this growth has been driven by brand reputation rather than commercial sophistication, which is now critical for the next phase of development.
As such, current practices need evaluation and enhancement, with a focus on building efficient strategies and processes to optimise complex customer engagement, designed for scalability (organically and through M&A). The customer base is globally diverse and highly informed, making high-value purchases. Channels span B2C, B2B, and B2B2C, in a consolidating market that offers both opportunity and the need for professionalism and a holistic approach.
If you are motivated by the opportunity to lead commercial strategy, drive impact, build on a strong brand, and benefit from high-growth, wealth-generation potential, please apply via LinkedIn.
