Job Description Veterinary Surgeon | Up to £80,000 DOE | No OOH | Visa Sponsorship Available I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic, independently run small animal practice that's been at the heart of its local community for over 11 years.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established team with a loyal client base, an excellent reputation, and the clinical freedom to practise high-quality veterinary medicine.
Unlike many corporate environments, this practice benefits from local ownership with full autonomy, meaning decisions are made for the good of the team, patients and clients, not head office targets.

You'll be working alongside experienced veterinary colleagues, a highly supportive nursing team, welcoming reception staff, and a Practice Manager who is Mental Health First Aid trained, creating an environment where wellbeing is taken seriously.
