London Close Limited is looking for a reliable and experienced Porter/Estate Assistant to join our residential estate team in North London. This is very much a hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities

  • General estate duties
  • Minor maintenance and practical tasks
  • Regular building and grounds inspections
  • Assisting residents
  • Monitoring security and access
  • Dealing with contractors and deliveries
  • Keeping communal areas well presented
  • Promptly reporting maintenance and health & safety issues

Working Pattern

Week 1 - Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm. Pattern then alternates every other week.

Previous experience as an Estate Assistant, Porter, Caretaker, Maintenance Assistant or within residential property management would be an advantage.

Location: Spencer Close, London N3
