Wakefield Council are seeking a Transformation Manager to support the Educational Psychology Service with service transformation, sustainability, and SEND reform readiness.
Working alongside the Principal Educational Psychologist, you will lead strategic improvement activity, turning insight into action to strengthen service delivery and future-proof provision.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead service transformation aligned to SEND reforms and local priorities
- Review and improve service delivery models for efficiency and impact
- Analyse capacity, demand, and workforce planning requirements
- Support development of core and traded service offers
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement frameworks
- Support senior leaders and multi-agency partnerships
