We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support children across EYFS to Year 6 within the mainstream primary curriculum, or SEN students from EYFS to KS4. The role involves delivering engaging, tailored tutoring sessions that meet individual learning needs and support pupils' academic progress and confidence. Sessions can be delivered in person or online, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured tutoring aligned with the primary curriculum
  • Adapt teaching strategies to support SEN pupils
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated sessions
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and parents/carers

Requirements:

  • Experience working with primary-aged children
  • Experience supporting SEN students (desirable)
  • Strong communication and adaptability
  • QTS desirable but not essential

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
