Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Tenancy Set-Up and Resettlement Officer for a local authority in East London. In this role, you will support homeless households to move successfully from temporary accommodation into secure, sustainable homes, helping them establish and maintain their new tenancy. Duties: Support households to move from temporary accommodation into suitable, sustainable homes. Coordinate tenancy set-up, including practical arrangements and access to essential services. Identify and resolve barriers that could prevent a successful move or tenancy sustainment. Work with landlords, housing teams and partner agencies to provide ongoing resettlement support.Qualifications and Experience: Experience working in housing, homelessness or tenancy management services. Experience supporting households moving from temporary to settled accommodation. Experience managing complex cases and resolving tenancy or housing-related issues.
