Conduct property inspections and ensure timely rectification of any defects. Address issues such as anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes in accordance with established policies. Collaborate with care providers, adult social care, and housing needs teams to ensure clients can access necessary services and support. Work with homelessness prevention officers to support clients in transitioning to permanent accommodation. About you: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Knowledge of housing legislation, particularly Landlord and Tenant law, supported housing, and homelessness legislation. Previous experience in supported housing or a housing-related support environment is desired. Experience working for a local authority in a similar role.
