Substance Misuse Recovery Worker Location: Acorn Hall, London Working arrangements: 3 month contract+ £14.66 Spencer Clarke Group are working with a local authority to recruit a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker for their team As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker, you will be responsible for Delivering high-quality person-centered Substance Use & health and wellbeing interventions Role Responsibilities: Effective case management of service users with substance use issues Formulate, monitor and review risk assessments and risk management plans that effectively safeguard and protect service users and families/carers from harm.
