We are looking for a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant on behalf of our client in Stratford-upon-Avon to support students with a range of additional needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support for pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, MLD, and SEMH, ensuring they are able to access learning in a supportive and inclusive environment.

This role will involve working on a one-to-one basis and with small groups, adapting learning materials, and implementing strategies to support communication, engagement, and emotional regulation.
