Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Southport Availability: Full-time, ASAP start Qualification: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant SEN experience preferred Pay Rate: £110-£130 per day About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist college supporting young people aged 16-25 with autism and complex additional needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide personalised support to students, helping them access education, develop their independence and build confidence. You will work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.
