Spencer Clarke Tutors is recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Tutor to support a learner in the Skelmersdale area. The role involves delivering tuition in core subjects for approximately 5-10 hours per week. The learner has SEND needs and an EHCP in place, therefore experience supporting children with additional needs is essential.
Requirements
- Qualified teacher or experienced tutor with proven teaching experience
- Strong knowledge of core subjects
- Experience working with pupils with SEND and EHCPs
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
- Ability to plan and deliver personalised learning programmes
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
