We are collaborating with a Local Authority in their search for a Personal Advisor to provide support to their Care Leavers Team in Shropshire! We are seeking inspired and innovative individuals who can empower care leavers, building on their strengths and assisting them in achieving personal growth and success.

As a Personal Advisor, you will:

  • Support care leavers in their transition to adulthood, helping them build independence, confidence, and stability.
  • Empower young people to identify their strengths, set personal goals, and achieve positive life outcomes.
  • Enhance services provided to supported families and contribute to improved outcomes for children and young people.
  • Build meaningful, trusting relationships with care leavers and professionals across education, housing, and health.
