We are currently seeking a multi-skilled School Site Assistant to join a school in Sevenoaks, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, hands-on individual with a range of maintenance and site-related skills. Previous school experience is not essential, but you should be reliable, flexible and confident carrying out a variety of general maintenance and site duties.
The Role
The successful candidate will help ensure the school site is safe, well-maintained and presented to a high standard. Duties may include general maintenance, repairs, upkeep of buildings and grounds, and supporting the day-to-day running of the site.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in areas such as:
- Painting and decorating
- Carpentry
- Joinery
- General building and maintenance
- Grounds maintenance and gardening
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical maintenance
- Repairs and general handyman work
- Setting up and moving equipment
- General site upkeep
You do not need to have experience in every area - we are looking for multi-skilled candidates who have practical experience in one or more of these areas.
