My client in Dudley are looking to appoint a talented Talent Organisational Development Manager on a Contract basis. Reporting to the Assistant Director of People Inclusion and as a member of the People Inclusion Leadership Team, the Talent Organisational Development Manager will lead the strategic development and delivery of the organisations talent, organisational development, learning, leadership, wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) agenda.

About the role:

  • Based in Dudley (Hybrid): Lead the design and delivery of organisation-wide talent management, succession planning and career development frameworks
  • Develop innovative talent strategies that support workforce sustainability and future organisational needs
  • Oversee the design and delivery of leadership and management development programmes
  • Lead the Council's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda for employees
