Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an experienced Senior Development Valuer to support a busy public sector property team on a contract basis. This is a key role focused on development, disposals, acquisitions, valuations and wider property review work. You will help deliver capital receipt objectives, support feasibility and development activity, and manage a varied caseload across a public sector property portfolio. This role would suit someone with strong local authority or public sector property experience and a background in development, valuation and disposals.
Responsibilities
