Contract: 6-months minimum

Rate: £450 per day

Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for an experienced Senior Development Valuer to support a busy public sector property team on a contract basis. This is a key role focused on development, disposals, acquisitions, valuations and wider property review work. You will help deliver capital receipt objectives, support feasibility and development activity, and manage a varied caseload across a public sector property portfolio. This role would suit someone with strong local authority or public sector property experience and a background in development, valuation and disposals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex disposal and acquisition projects
  • Undertake valuations, property reviews and feasibility studies
  • Support delivery of capital receipts targets
  • Advise on planning issues and planning obligations

About You

  • Proven experience in development surveying, valuation or disposals
  • Strong understanding of local authority or public sector property work
  • Experience delivering complex property projects and negotiations
  • Knowledge of planning system
