Spencer Clarke are currently recruiting for a Senior Children\’s Residential Support Worker; this is to work in a home for children and young people with Challenging Behaviour in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, and transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff. As a Senior Children\’s Residential Support Worker, you will be working closely with the Deputy Manager to support your development.
