My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented SEND Reform Programme Lead on a Contract basis.
Reporting to the Director of Education, the role will lead the complex programme of delivery and implementation of the Council s SEND Reform Plan.
About the role: Based in Greater London (hybrid): Lead the overall programme management of the SEND reform programme, ensuring delivery of key milestones across submission, approval, assurance and implementation phases.
Delivering Experts at Hand is a major priority.
Ensure robust programme management, cross-system coordination and high-quality reporting, including development and maintenance of programme plans, milestone tracking, etc.
Support Director-level oversight, escalation and assurance arrangements to maintain delivery grip across the SEND reform programme.
About you: You will have the following experiences: Significant experience, knowledge and understanding of SEND (including the Reforms).
Strong partnership working experience, including with the Health Service and VCS.
Expertise in handling, presenting to and managing senior stakeholders and elected members with credibility.
Demonstrable experience of managing complex transformation programmes in children s services and SEND.
Local Authority experience is essential.
