We are seeking an experienced SEND Key Worker to support the statutory assessment and review process for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within a Local Authority in the West Midlands.

Rate: £250 per day

Working Arrangement: Fully Remote

Hours: Full-time

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cases and writing Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans, ensuring they are accurate, person-centred, and fully compliant with the SEND Code of Practice.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience writing EHC Plans
  • Proficiency in using Capita ONE and EHC Hub systems
  • Strong understanding of SEND statutory processes and legislation
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and multi-agency working skills

Experience:

  • Local Authority Experience
  • SEND Case Worker / Case Officer Experience
