We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a School Cleaner at one of our Schools in Skelmersdale. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, classrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Empty and dispose of bins in designated areas
- Ensure they are kept clean, stocked with supplies, and sanitised regularly.
- Monitor and replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of various flooring surfaces, including carpets and hard floors.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and materials to achieve high standards.
- Handle occasional specialised cleaning tasks, such as window cleaning and high-dusting.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for all cleaning activities.
- Coordinate with other cleaning staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning coverage.
