Hours vary dependant on the school) Location: Carlisle and surrounding areas Salary: £16.25 per hour We are seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our schools in Carlisle and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across the school. The role will be Part-time, temporary-on-going contract. Duties Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy according to established standards. Communicate effectively with the school to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly.Experience Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
