We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated School Business Manager to join our school and become an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team. We work with pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, social communication needs, emotional regulation difficulties and sensory processing needs.
The School Business Manager will play a key role in ensuring the school operates efficiently, effectively and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance and operational management.
The Role
The School Business Manager will have responsibility for the effective management of the school's support functions, which may include:
- Finance, budgeting and financial reporting
- Administration and school systems
- Human Resources and employee relations
- Facilities management
