We are looking for a Repairs Supervisor in the Enfield area to cover a team of high performing repairs operatives to deliver high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking a range of complex diagnostics and coordinating multi-trade repair projects for repairs affecting multiple properties such as major leaks.
  • Demonstrating proficient level skills and experience across a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering, and tiling.
  • Carrying out toolbox talks and one-to-ones with operatives.
  • Conducting pre and post inspections on tenanted properties.
  • Managing the void team to ensure voids are delivered within the time scale.
  • Attending evening TA meetings and ensuring responsiveness to internal and external customer needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules and regulations in all work activities.
