At Spencer Clarke Group, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rent Review / Estate Surveyor to support a public sector organisation in Yorkshire. The role will focus on estates surveying activity including rent review and valuations, alongside strong reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering rent reviews across a property portfolio
  • Supporting valuations and wider estates surveying activity
  • Producing clear, accurate reports and maintaining records
  • Using GIS tools (MapInfo preferred) to support property work
  • Applying strong knowledge of property processes
  • Attending site visits as required (driving essential)

About you:

  • Proven estates/property surveying experience, including rent review and/or valuations
  • Strong report writing and stakeholder communication
  • Local authority experience essential
