Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with diverse learning needs.
  • Assist with behaviour management and support emotional wellbeing.
  • Help in creating and implementing educational plans tailored to individual students.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and adapt strategies.
  • Ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
