Key responsibilities: Providing 1:1 support and small group support for pupils with additional needs. Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs. Supporting emotional regulation, routines and positive behaviour. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider school team. Encouraging confidence, independence and engagement in lessons.
