About the Role As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning and develop essential life skills in a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND Support students with complex needs within the classroom Assist with personal care where required Promote independence, engagement, and positive behaviour Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to enhance learning outcomes Role Details Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm Term time only £106 per day What We\’re Looking For Experience in care, support work, or a similar hands-on role Confidence supporting individuals with additional or complex needs Comfortable providing personal care A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach A genuine passion for supporting children and young people Why Apply?
