Do you have the skills to help pupils close learning gaps and rebuild confidence? Spencer Clarke Group are looking for an Intervention Specialist to support pupils with SEND who need additional help with core learning. This role is ideal for somebody who can deliver focused, engaging and structured intervention sessions while adapting their approach to meet individual needs.
The role
You will work with pupils individually and in small groups, supporting catch-up across areas such as literacy, numeracy, phonics and confidence with learning. You will help pupils make steady progress through targeted support, clear routines and positive encouragement.
We are looking for:
- Experience delivering interventions in a school or education setting
- A strong understanding of SEND and barriers to learning
- Confidence supporting literacy, numeracy or phonics development
- The ability to adapt activities to meet individual needs
- A patient, encouraging and organised approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
