1. Behaviour Support Assistant
If you have a calm and patient nature and enjoy working with pupils who display challenging behaviour or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, this could be the role for you. You will be providing 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils to regulate emotions, build resilience, and engage positively in school life.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting pupils with SEMH or behavioural challenges.
- Using de-escalation strategies and restorative approaches.
- Encouraging positive choices and promoting self-confidence.
- Assisting teachers in delivering tailored interventions.
What we are looking for:
