What we need from you:

  • Manage a caseload of young people (aged 16+) with special educational needs, ensuring each student receives appropriate support to achieve their educational goals.
  • Oversee individual Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) or other support plans, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Participate in or lead annual reviews and other assessment processes to update plans based on the student’s evolving needs, preferences, and progress.

Must Have:

  • Local Authority experience is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience within a similar SEND role is essential.
