SEND Post-16 Case Officer 3 months initially – likely to be extended Salary: £270 – £320 per day Remote Working What we need from you: Manage a caseload of young people (aged 16+) with special educational needs, ensuring each student receives appropriate support to achieve their educational goals. Oversee individual Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) or other support plans, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Participate in or lead annual reviews and other assessment processes to update plans based on the student’s evolving needs, preferences, and progress.Must Have: Local Authority experience is essential for this role.
