We are currently supporting a respected client in Ormskirk to recruit a highly organised and professional Executive Support Officer. This is a fast paced role providing high level administrative and executive support to senior leaders across the organisation. As an Executive Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of services and supporting Directors, Assistant Directors and Chief Officers. You'll manage competing priorities, handle sensitive information, and act as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support by delivering high quality, confidential administrative assistance to Directors, Assistant Directors and Chief Officers.
- Act as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, senior managers, Elected Members and external organisations to support smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate meetings and events by organising schedules, preparing agendas and producing supporting documentation.
- Manage correspondence by processing, tracking and monitoring incoming mail to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain excellent customer care by consistently demonstrating professionalism and a high standard of service.
