Oracle Fusion Payroll Specialist

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented Oracle Fusion Payroll Specialist on a Contract basis. This role will lead on multiple payroll configurations and adjustments in Oracle Fusion. About the role: Based in Greater London (Remote): Uncover pay formula issues with current TTO/other pay formulas in Cloud – and propose fixes Lead from a business perspective on collecting data, benchmarking against other LA formulas, and providing advice on best practice Oracle Cloud design Leading on guidance and training of current payroll staff on the proposed identification and testing of TTO and absence pay or formula issues – providing detailed guidance notes on findings and proposed solutions Assist the councils current project lead with automating the current pay uplift process, and moving Pensioners payroll over to a third party provider. About you: You will have the following experiences: Extensive experience in the configuration and adjustment of Oracle Fusion Payroll. Complete understanding of Oracle Payroll design.
