We are looking for a caring, confident, and reliable Behaviour Support Assistant to support young people in an Alternative Provision setting in Oldham. This role involves working with students who may have behavioural, social, emotional, or mental health needs. You will help them stay engaged in learning, manage their behaviour positively, and build confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

The Role

  • Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
