Job Description

Overview of the role\\n\\nWe're looking for a Notice Processing Officer to join the busy Parking Services team. This role supports the efficient administration of parking notices and permits, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, fairly and within legal timescales.\\n\\nResponsibilities and Duties\\n\\nProvide advice and information to customers on parking legislation and council policies.\\nProcess correspondence, permit and voucher applications, and assess eligibility in line with anti-fraud measures.\\nReceive and process payments for penalty notices, permits and more.\\nMaintain accurate records and handle data input across in-house systems.\\nLiaise with internal teams, local authorities, police, and other stakeholders.\\nContribute to special projects, including the rollout of new parking zones.\\nSupport service excellence through compliance with health and safety, data protection, and customer service policies. \\n\\nIf you are interested in this role, please contact Josh Draycott on or (phone number removed) or with an updated CV.\\n \\n *Referral Scheme*\\n If you are not interested in this role but know someone else who might be, don't forget that we offer up to £500 in vouchers if you refer a friend to us and we place them in the job.\\n\\nINDSCGJD
